I work at the intersections of Healing Justice, racial healing, multidisciplinary arts, and transformative leadership, bringing together ancestral wisdom, embodied practice, creative expression, and collective care.
I imagine, design, and lead experiences that bring people into deeper relationship with themselves, one another, and the world we're shaping together. Through original curricula, multidisciplinary arts, embodied practices, and transformative gatherings, I invite us to slow down, awaken awareness, reckon with what needs to change, and remember the extraordinary possibilities within and among us.
My work spans original music and performance, Healing Justice coaching, racial healing circles, leadership development, retreats, and transformative programs—including my leadership of Healing Arts with Stefanie Tovar LLC, Yena, and Women of Color Rising.
A Billboard-charting recording artist, published playwright, and fellow of the Culture of Health Leadership Institute for Racial Healing, I bring more than two decades of artistic practice and over 18 years of wellness facilitation into this ever-evolving work.
